Hilton Head Island

Concours d'Elegance

November 1-4

Decided to install the original Campagnolo Mag Wheels this year.
The new GT4 Tailights really set the rear view off!
Yours truly with the car.
Judges deciding our fate...

The Original wheels ( first time on the car since I've owned it )

looked pretty good, car handles and rides very differently.

My Classic Car host Dennis Gage stopped by to see

the car and take a photo with me, he said

" Gotta like Pantera Guys, I love those cars",

really nice guy and I will NOT be on the show.

This was my class's corner at the Honey Horn Plantation.
The other cars in my class.

This was the 2007 class winner, 1956 MB 300SL

Previously won Best in class at Amelia Island this year too.

(same make/model, different color won this event last year

as well. ) About $750,000.

1967 Bizzarini Spyder S1 ( 1 of 3 )

Former class winner at Pebble Beach

Won 2nd at this event.

Quoted at 1 Million Dollars.

1955 Siata 208S, listed as the last one made.

Owner said it was worth 1.5 million.

OK, if you say so...... personally I didn't get it.

Won the Palmetto Award, car was nicely restored.

It is very small, think Bug Eye Sprite.

1973 Porsche 911 Targa.

Well kept by the original owner, only has 30,000 miles.

1970 Maserati Ghibli 5000SS

Listed as the only 5000SS without any Pollution Control

on the Engine, alledged to have been tested to 200 mph,

special all leather interior, custom ordered for some Shiek.
